Effective September 22, 2026
ParaPilot (operated by Divine Wellness Lifestyle LLC, "ParaPilot," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how ParaPilot collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and digital experiences. By using ParaPilot, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, you may provide your name and email address, along with a password for login. If you contact us for support, you may share additional information as part of your communication. You may also intentionally save information inside purchased ParaPilot experiences, such as your Prepare Personal Prep List selections, item status (Have / To Get / Skip), personal notes, and wellness preferences.
ParaPilot uses platform-managed authentication. Your login credentials and account session are handled by our hosting platform. We do not store your password in plain text. You can update or delete your account information through the app's Settings page.
When you purchase a ParaPilot experience, we record product and payment status, transaction or checkout identifiers, and entitlement or access information so we can provide and maintain your access. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. ParaPilot does not receive or store your full card number or other complete payment card details — those are handled by the payment provider.
Check Your Signals is an educational self-reflection and check-in tool. It is not a diagnostic assessment, medical screening, parasite test, or risk score. Your individual Check Your Signals responses are intended to be temporary rather than a permanent account health history. For anonymous users, responses are stored in your browser's session storage during your visit and are not saved to your ParaPilot account. Closing your browser or ending your session clears these responses. A logged-in user may explicitly choose to save their Check Your Signals results to their ParaPilot account so they can return to them later. This is a user-initiated action — anonymous sessions are not automatically converted to permanent account-associated history. We may retain limited account-level completion status without retaining your individual answers.
If you contact us for support, purchase, or access questions, we may use the information you share to respond to your request and maintain a record of the communication for support purposes.
ParaPilot relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, payment processing, and general app operation. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to deliver their services. They are obligated to protect the information they handle and are restricted from using it for their own purposes.
ParaPilot uses functional browser storage (such as session storage) to keep your experience working smoothly — for example, preserving your Check Your Signals responses during a visit or remembering where you were navigating from. This storage is local to your browser and is not used to track you across other websites.
We use information to: provide and maintain your access to ParaPilot experiences; authenticate your account; process purchases and manage entitlements; respond to support requests; save the information you intentionally store inside purchased experiences; and operate, maintain, and improve the service.
We share information with our service providers as needed to operate ParaPilot (as described above). We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the rights, safety, or security of ParaPilot, our users, or others. We do not sell your individual Check Your Signals responses or health check-in data to advertisers.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information through platform-managed authentication, access controls, and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and purchase information for as long as needed to provide your access and operate the service. Information you intentionally save inside purchased experiences is retained with your account until you delete it or your account is closed. Temporary Check Your Signals responses are cleared from your browser when your session ends. If a logged-in user explicitly chooses to save their Check Your Signals results to their account, those saved results are retained with the account until the user deletes them or the account is closed.
ParaPilot may include links to third-party products, websites, or services (for example, shopping links or coaching resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information.
ParaPilot does not currently use advertising analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your individual health check-in responses to advertisers. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here so you can review them.
You can choose not to provide certain information, though some features may not be available without it. You can update your account information, delete information you have saved inside purchased experiences, or contact us to request closure of your account. You can clear Check Signals responses at any time by closing your browser or using your browser's site data controls.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us at support@parasitepilot.com.
