Prepare for Takeoff is a one-time digital purchase. Because access to the educational content is provided promptly after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
We do want you to receive what you purchased. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact support@parasitepilot.com so we can help restore access or appropriately resolve the issue.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or charged more than once, contact us so we can investigate. Email support@parasitepilot.com and include your transaction details so we can look into it promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. You may have additional consumer rights depending on your jurisdiction.
