ParaPilot is an educational wellness resource. ParaPilot does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent parasitic infections or any other medical condition. Information provided through ParaPilot — including Check Your Signals, supplement, botanical, food, and wellness content — is for general educational purposes only.

Check Your Signals is an educational self-reflection and check-in. It cannot diagnose or rule out a parasitic infection or any other medical condition. It is not a medical screening, parasite test, risk score, or medical recommendation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for individual health concerns.

Supplement, botanical, food, and wellness information on ParaPilot is educational. The inclusion of any product, ingredient, or practice does not mean it is appropriate, necessary, safe, or effective for every person. ParaPilot grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your access is tied to your account and is not transferable to another person.

ParaPilot content, including text, graphics, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Divine Wellness Lifestyle LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit ParaPilot content without our prior written permission. Reasonable personal use and keeping personal notes for your own use are allowed.

ParaPilot may reference or link to third-party products, websites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

You agree not to misuse ParaPilot, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, using the service for unlawful purposes, or violating these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

We strive to keep ParaPilot available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

ParaPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Wellness Lifestyle LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of ParaPilot. This limitation is intended to be as broad as permitted by applicable law and does not waive any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security concerns, or material misuse of ParaPilot. You may stop using ParaPilot at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of ParaPilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, to the extent legally permitted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
